Ella es mi hermana. Somos cinco personas las que siempre nos reunimos para cocinar. Siempre cocinamos algo diferente. Algo que siempre nos guste a todos. Hoy ella está cocinando tamales. No tenemos todo lo necesario para cocinar pero nunca nos quedamos sin comer y siempre terminamos contentos.
This is my sister. There are five of us that always meet to cook. We always prepare something different that we all enjoy. Today we are preparing tamales. We don’t have what we need to cook, but we always eat and end up happy.

Mientras las observaba, compartieron algo, pero más allá de compartir algo material compartieron sonrisas, Platicaron un buen rato, intentaron enojarse, siguieron jugando y cansadas se tomaron una siesta; un excelente día para ellas. Mi reflexión al final fue:
“Si todos compartiéramos así de sencillo como ellas lo hicieron, todo sería mejor en el mundo”
“Do you want some?” “Yes!” “Here you go.” “Thank you.” “You’re welcome.”
While I was watching them, they shared something, beyond sharing a material thing,
they were sharing smiles. They chatted for a while; they tried to get mad but they continued playing and tired they took a nap together. My reflection at the end was:
“If we all shared just like they did, the world would be a better place”
