Giovani Quinillo Chivalán

Yo nací en Guatemala, y pase mi niñez trabajando con mis padres, luchando para satisfacer nuestras necesidades diarias. Vine a Saratoga para hacer algo con mi vida, y para que mi familia nunca carece de nada en el hogar. Mi sueño es poder comprarles una casa a ellos.

Es mi primera vez en Saratoga. Camino los caballos después de que regresen del hipódromo. Luego, a veces ayudo a los grooms a bañar a los caballos. Después, limpio el establo. Después del trabajo, me gusta escuchar música, hablar por teléfono con mi familia, visitar con mis vecinos, y caminar fuera del establo.

Soy tímido y a veces me gusta estar solo pero realmente me gusta ayudar a otros.

Me gusta tomar fotos de la naturaleza, objetos, y paisajes.

La mejor parte de mi vida es la vida misma, la buena salud, mi familia, y tener a Dios en mi corazón.

I was born in Guatemala, and I spent my childhood working with my parents fighting for our daily needs. I came to Saratoga to do something with my life, and so that my family is never in need of anything at home. My dream is to be able to buy a house for them. 

This is my first time in Saratoga. I walk the horses after they go to the track. Later I sometimes help the grooms bathe them. Then, I clean up the stable.  After work, I like to listen to music, talk on the phone with my family, visit with my neighbors and go for walks outside the stable.

I’m very shy and sometimes like to be alone but I really like helping others. 

I enjoy taking pictures of nature, objects and landscapes.

The best part of my life is life itself, good health, my family, and having God in my heart.
